While you do have a couple apps installed that I don't recognize, I don't believe you have any malware installed although the foreign language does make it a bit difficult to parse. If you do need to scan your system because you believe malware or adware has been installed, then run MalwareBytes (there is no reason to keep it installed either). These types of apps usually causes more problems than they solve plus they impact system performance. Anti-virus software, cleaning apps, and third party security software are not needed on a Mac and interferes with the normal operation of macOS.
